About Naoko...

Dr. Naoko Yehenara is an artist who has been trained in porcelain painting and traditional brush painting. During her Masters degree at the Sydney College of the Arts, she started to move from a porcelain painter to a sculptural ceramicist.
Naoko has spent many years overseas, and during that time she has had many solo exhibitions and sold artworks in Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia and Australia. She taught porcelain painting for many years and had a shop/studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta, Indonesia. Over the years, private collectors, corporate companies and international hotels have collected her artworks.
In 2011, she completed a Doctor of Fine Art at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Her project investigated a symbolic exploration of Chinese family attitudes and values through sculptural ceramics and mixed media.
